Wheel Barrow Series

Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria with an area of 356,861 hectares and is the most populous with over 20 million inhabitants. This is an on-going series focusing on the role of the wheel barrow in the movement of goods and people across the city. The wheel barrow assumes multiple roles; in some cases used in collecting waste to its use in transporting goods from the market and acting as a makeshift product display platform. The diversity in the use of the wheel barrow is a reflection of the city.
